Pattern equipment

The pattern equipment is sourced from the sub-contractor network. We offer a suitable pattern solution to meet the customer’s needs, based, for example, on production quantity and durability.

• A normal serial pattern is made of wood and can typically be used for hundreds of moulding shots.
• A cheaper and lighter wood pattern is suitable for smaller production amounts and can be used for tens of moulding shots.
• Starting costs for single and few prototype pieces can be minimized by using a cheap polystyrene pattern.

The advanced manufacturing technologies, like 3D scanning, can be utilized in pattern making.
