After treatment; shot blasting, shot blasting robot and grinding 

After shake-out the remaining the sand burnt on the surface will be removed from castings in the hanger-type shot blasting machine by shooting steel sand to the surface of casting.

If the casting is not cleaned properly in the shot blasting machine, the most complicated surfaces and cavities can be cleaned by a shot blasting robot.

After shot blasting feeders, runners and flashes will be removed manually from the castings and the components will be finished by manual grinding.
